Traci is a consultant working across education sectors and organisations, fostering communities of practice. As a Ministry of Education Accredited Professional Learning and Cultural Capabilities facilitator (ACC1043) and NZ registered teacher, she excels in content creation, design, and writing for educational initiatives, including national projects and pre-service teacher course materials. Her expertise spans Pacific advisory, community engagement, leadership advocacy, digital technologies, change management, inclusive practices, and cultural pedagogies.
In addition to her consultancy, Traci supports undergraduate, postgraduate, and new teachers through lecturing and mentoring roles at The University of Auckland and Auckland University of Technology (AUT). She has extensive management experience in community engagement, not-for-profit sporting clubs, and liaison roles, alongside Board roles and responsibilities.
Traci is a Trustee of the Talalelei Life Futures Fund, supporting university scholarships for youth in Samoa, and serves as an advisory board member for Australian | New Zealand K-12 Google for Education. She holds a Trustee role for the North Shore branch of the Life Education Trust and is the Co-President of Hibiscus Pacifica Inc. women's branch in the northern region of Tāmaki Makaurau.
Traci holds Directorships for @tracisietu.com, Va’a Collective, C.2s Enterprise and Lalaga Collective with a focus on educational outcomes, health, advocacy and event management, alongside Four B’s Limited and NextGen-Film Services as part of Aotearoa’s film and television production.
